is seeking a full-time Payroll / Human Resource administrator whose primary responsibility is to process the company's weekly payroll and administer the benefit plans.

is seeking a full-time Payroll / Human Resource administrator whose primary responsibility is to process the company's weekly payroll and administer the benefit plans.
The job responsibilities include the following:
Process weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees using ADP Workforce Now.
Verify payroll information (time cards/sheets, vacation & sick days, etc.
).
Calculate and prepare weekly commission sheets.
Handle all human resource functions, including new hires, benefits, disability, workers compensation, and time & attendance.
Maintain employee and personnel records.
Set up direct deposit, garnishments, and other employee deductions in the payroll system.
Prepare the weekly payroll journal entry.
Prepare the daily cash deposit.
Handle special requests when assigned.
The Qualifications are as follows:
At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing and human resources.
Knowledge in ADP Workforce Now.
Superb attention in detail and excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
High level of integrity and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
