Ideal candidate will be able to successfully perform job assignments including initiating and creating designs, production of construction documents, site visits during the construction phase, in addition to the responsibilities identified below and assigned by Tim Cross. We are looking for an A player, someone looking to be part of a team.
Responsibilities:
o Create designs for aspects of assigned projectso Zoning research and Analysiso Familiarity with current codes and applying to designs.o Survey and creation of existing conditions drawingso Develop schematic and design development sketches appropriate to programmatic requirementso Coordinate with Consulting Engineerso Product research & selection of appropriate products for use on projectso Lumion or equal renderings, modeling, annotating plans and detailso Production of construction documents under the direction of Project Managerso Job site visits for verification and evaluation of constructiono Review & process shop drawings and submittalso Other duties as assigned by Project ManagersPERSONAL QUALITIES:

Design / Build Experience PreferredLicensed Architect in the state of New Jersey preferred.Bachelors of Architecture degree from a U.S. accredited university, with 3 years minimum of work experience in the field of ArchitectureMust be highly proficient in AutoCad Architecture and possess working knowledge of Word & Excel3D modeling and rendering (Sketch-Up, Lumion, Photoshop) a plus.Job Type:
Full-time in office.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
